Hi all i have got in debt with a payday loan company and need some advice about getting out of my contract, i have had a few payday loans from the same website and it has now got really bad and i have to pay it all off, fees, late payments and high apr. Do you know any way i can get out of paying the loan? thankyou in advance. |

Make sure you keep in contact with the payday loan company, tell them you cannot afford to pay the loan in writing, offer a amount you are comfortable to pay and put it all in writing. They have to except or contact the citizens advice bureau and they can advise you better with templates to send. |
